Using this website means you agree to these terms. Project work is governed by the agreement we sign together, not this page.
Use of the site
You’re welcome to browse, share and link to any page. Please don’t copy the site’s design, code or content and present it as your own, try to break or overload the site, or use the forms to send spam.
Intellectual property
Our work, our words and our films stay ours unless a project agreement says otherwise. Client names, logos and quotes belong to those clients and appear here with their permission. Please don’t reuse any of it without written consent.
Portfolio rights
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, we may show finished client work in our portfolio, on this site and on our social channels. If you’d rather we didn’t, say so in the agreement and we won’t.
Project work
Quotes, timelines, payment terms and ownership for client projects are set in the written agreement we sign together. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.
Third-party links
Some pages link to other websites, such as our clients’ sites and social platforms. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and online, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Anamorphic Studios isn’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
